Relfection:
For our second video, my partner and I practiced way more. I was partnered up with a spanish speaker for my last video but this time I was partnered up with a non spanish speaker so it was a lot more practice. We also had to foucs on a topic and have a full converstaion about it instead of asking basic questions like we did on our last video. Even though i'm a spanish speaker, I still struggle to speak and read spanish but I want to give a shout out to my partner Thomas for helping me memrioze some parts of the converstaion. I also helped him with new vocbarlary, questions and new words that would help him in the real world. I also learned new things myself, espasically new words. It was hard for my partner to memrioze the questions, I still didn't want to give up on him even though it was kind of stressful. Since I come from a family full of spanish speakers, i'm excited to have an actaul full converstaion with them and actually understand what they're saying. The first day of spanish class, I didn't understand some vocarbary or words that I do now and I also have so much more confidence having a converstaion in spanish. For my next video, I don't mind who I work with because i'm willing to help them since most of them are non spanish speakers but I would like to get away from the basic questions and go more into bigger words. Spanish was my first language but once I started going to school, I basically forgot a lot of my spanish and its pretty hard to understand it now. I have to push myself to learn it again because I do have many family memebers that only speak spanish so I have to be able to understand and talk to them without struggling.
